School and laboratory
If you would like to turn your holiday in Tuscany into a real wine and food experience, you can take part in one of the typical local cooking courses that CHEFPERTE organises weekly at our facility.
At the OVILE you will find a comfortable and exclusive space where you can spend a few hours cooking in the company of lovers of good food and good wine. During each course you will discover the secrets of some of the most representative dishes of our tradition such as fresh egg pasta, meat sauce, wild boar, cantuccini...
The lessons will be totally practical, you will all be involved in the preparation of each dish and you will have recipes and aprons to remember this fantastic Cooking Experience. Each lesson will end with a fun tasting of the dishes combined with excellent local wines!
Possible visits to the Novo Frantoio milling plant and to the Cinta Senese pig farm near the agriturismo to get to know the farm's production methods.Lessons on one topic or with a Complete Tuscan Menu max. 10 participants, children welcome.
Duration: 3-4 hours of lessons - lunch or dinner to follow.
